Default How Often Do you Workout a Week

Don't like gyms myself but I do go to group exercise classes: dance, zumba, Pilates that sort of thing. Usually do some form of exercise 3-4 times a week. How about you guys?

I exercise 5 days a weeks normally 90 mins in gym before work and another 90 mins after. I'll do 60 mins cardio and 30 mins weights in the morning and 90 mins on the cross trainer after work. it takes a lot of hard work to carry on but im finding it worth it. lost 10lbs this wee already!

Wow that does sound like a lot of work. Well done you. Hmmm kind of making feel like I need to put some more effort into my own exercise regimen lol.

There is one thing every new exerciser should understand. It is, for most of us, better to start out at a lower level and gradually work our way up to higher levels of fitness and performance, than to try to do too much too soon.
