Hi,
I know exersise can help with PMS and the menopause. Many women find that exercising throughout the month can be beneficial as estrogen level can drop during this time.

It is also helpful as our sugar levels can drop encouraging us to reach for sugary foods!

Well, exercise is best for health. If you exercise in the morning it will be easier to sleep at night. Try not to exercise at least four hours before bedtime because it can keep you for a while.
