Exercise is one of the best ways to lose weight and get fit. As simple as that. No cosmetic surgery can help with the natural beauty that exercise can. Exercise can only improve your base. Your heart is that you can have a good balance and your muscles will be more flexible when you move your body and maintain you stronger.

Well according to my point of view, I think that doing regular exercise is really necessary for every one, and beneficial for long-term health and well-being, it reduce the risk of developing and/or dying from heart disease, also help to reduce blood pressure, and many more.

Here i am sharing some of my thoughts about this.

* Reduce high cholesterol or the risk of developing high cholesterol.
* Regular physical activity can help you prevent — or manage — high blood pressure.
* This one's a no-brainer. When you engage in physical activity, you burn calories.
* Reduce high blood pressure or the risk of developing high blood pressure
*

Beefits of exercising :- Depression, headaches, back pain (he was the only man in my work, without which my work ..), blood pressure, fatigue, (its perfect now, as opposed to normal), insomnia, allergies and Finally. Still mobilized in August, but not as badly as I did before and during a shorter period of time. So the medicine is starting to work - it did not before.
