Question Am I doing enough to make a difference?

Hi I am a new member and would love some advice.
I am currently doing two Commando Fit classes a week (love these and would definately recommend to anyone wanting to exercise) and I do two circuit/aerobics classes a week.
I follow a low fat low sugar diet and try to keep my cals to around 1200. I only 4ft 11 and weight 9st.
I go on holiday in 5 weeks and would love to be half stone lighter.
My down fall is choc! but I try to work it that I have just the one bar at weekend rather than deprive myself.
Is this going to work? I dont want to get 3 weeks into it and find it not worked and then have the holiday only two weeks away.
I have been exercising for a while and healthy eating but feel much different

at your weight i would personnally take a note of your inchs and see if you lost inchs instead of weight. you currently weight probably is just about right for you so i wouldnt advise you lose anymore. your probably find with your weight and height and with your exercise you are likely to tone up instead of losing pounds of fat if you get my drift. so take a note of your inchs and im sure your programme will work just fine :-)

cheers. its difficult when so small in height slightest weight gain feels like a lot more on small frame!
I have taken my measures too. I lost 1 inch off my waist in a month but hips stayed same - have you any idea what a normal rate of loss would be so I can have an expectation in my mind?
my waist is 30 and hips 35 so I do have couple of inches to lose off each.

to be honest i think its different for everyone. example is when i lost my first 3 stone i only went down one dress size. then when i lost 1 more stone i went down another! just try and keep your target generous. i know what you mean about the small frame im only 5 foot 4 and i got to 15 stone and looked more like 18 stone lol.

Everything doesn't happen in a snap. If you are really serious about losing weight, You need to be patient. Everything should go through process. Doing some Exercise alone wont give you good result. You also need to watch your lifestyle.

That's nice to do the exercise as Aerobics which is helpful to move all the part of the body. Another thing is that it is also effectively helpful to absorb the health.

Hi,
Chocolate is a hard one to beat! Have you tried the Atkins choc bars? They have no sugar content and are made of soya. Not to everyone's taste but they helped me.
The double choc costs about £1.80 but it is quite big. I cut it into cubes and put it in the fridge. Yummy!
Good Luck
