I'm talking Pilates or yoga poses.What are your favourite poses and why?
For me I have a love hate relationship with the plank. I hate the way it feels when I'm doing it but love what it does for my posture. The rippling cat is also another fave as it just love the feeling of my back stretching out vertebra by vertebra. It's a real treat for the back and whole body... very relaxing. So, what are yours? |
