What do you do on those days you don't feel like working out?
Sometimes I have days when I'm just feeling blah and the last thing I want to do is workout.
But as I always tell everyone, those are the times to really force yourself to workout because you will feel so much better afterwards. Hard to take this advice for myself but I do and it does feel darn good once I've pushed through the workout.
What are your experiences of pushing yourself into working out? Does it make you feel better, worse or indifferent?
