Default Atkins or South Beach?

I've heard a lot about Atkin's Diet and South beach Diet? Theyboth have kinda the same logic (high protein, lowcarb).. . Just want to know what's the difference? Does anyone know? has anyones tried both of them and can compare?

I did it before and found the Atkins diet is too restrictive. South Beach has been easy for me. I love onions and tomatoes and walnuts, which are all right, but not SB Atkins. There are other diets that encourage you to eat fruit. But if it's Atkins, you should try Haas avocado - small skin irregular rather than smooth-skinned, more of them. I like Adkins shakes the bars, but not very tasty to me.
