I agree with you peter, never eat too much at one time , take regular means but eat less and eat whenever you feel hungry. Take less food in the night and do some running in the morning

Protein is your best friend Stay hydrated and try to stay away from the constant chewing (which became a habit for me) Eat 5-6 small meals a day portions. plenty of exercise. go running every 20-30 minutes night for at least 2 weeks and maybe 30 minutes of Pilate 4 times a week or so. That is how I lost 10 kg
