Default What's the most effective (at home) exercise equipment?

I've just bought a rowing machine, which is easy enough.. But it's BORING. I'll use it in the evenings, but I'm seriously getting bored of it now. I only bought it at christmas!

What else is there I could use at home? Things that REALLY work or are slightly less boring, lol.

I am considering an exercise bike too.. But I'm not sure. I think I'd want something more effective, really. My tummy is the area I really want to focus on, also.

Your feet ;-) Run run and run regularly. Start with short distance and slowly keep increasing. Don't try more hard, be comfortable and slowly you see your endurance will increase and you will notice a fall in your weight with a toned physique

I have found that one of the best ways to lose weight walking. Use the treadmill or just go for a nice walk. If you do not like the treadmill for some reason, perhaps their joints, which is painful for me, you can use the elliptical trainer.
