Honestly, at first almost could not handle 5 minutes on the treadmill or elliptical, etc. I was so embarrassed. But as you go and stick with it, doing a little more each time you start to feel that getting a little easier.

I think that your recommendation according you take HCG Diet plan. Because I tried it and I got best results. The HCG Diet plan enables you to feel normal on just 500 calories a day because HCG instructs the hypothalamus to release 3000-4000 calories in stored fat every day.

A good dose of cardio combined with core strength training to tone up, is the best combo for me. Obviously eating right too. I tend to have my carbs before my workouts (about 4 hours before with a banana an hour before), then when I get home from training I'll have a protein enriched meal to build up my muscles.
