I would never exercise before I had eaten anything partly because breakfast kickstarts the metabolism after the overnight 'fast'. Walking or riding a bike are great fat burning exercises whether it's at the gym or round the neighbourhood / on the way to work. It's important to start off gradually and build things up.

Just to be sure that you don’t eat huge portions. I standard meal would be a fist size baked potato, some protein, and a portion of vegetables. This will help you flatten your abs and is great for people who really like their food. It also has the extra benefits of keeping you energized and not get the mid-day slump that we all get from time to time.
I read about this. It's like metabolism booster. It will help metabolism to be trained and work more regularly.
Foods included to boost your metabolism are: vegetables and fruits, sources of lean protein like whole grains, lean meat and fish, eggs, and healthy fats. Eat these kinds of foods and your metabolism goes faster.
I just want to add in your comment, because I agree with it

Exercise and perfect diet are the best way to burn your fat. Join the gym where a trainer will help you to select the proper exercise that is good for burning fat. Plan your diet with proper food selection where vegetables and fruits should be in majority and also they should be helpful for achieving your goal of burning fat.

one thing i would like to put into this is your burn fat and calories at two completely different levels. to burn fat you need to have raised your heart rate slightly but not to the point were your gasping for air. also you need to do this for a little while. say 30 -45 minutes of fast walking with your treadmill at an incline will do the trick. if its calories you want to burn this is when you need to start looking at running and interval training. many people that are overweight will only need to burn fat until they get down to a healthier level where they can train harder.
also it may be best to train in the morning but dont get to caught up with that. training anytime of the day is better than not training at all. also as others have mentioned diet is very inportant. there is no point training if your filling yourself full of rubbish. i personally rink lots of water and stick to 1200 calories a day but you need to find what works for you.

To burn the fat the best idea is exercise as walking. It is helpful to absorb the fat and reduce the weight. Another thing is that due to the regular walking it is helpful to increase the digestion power.
