yeah i always found a good steam room or sauna made me feel great after a workout and if it helps get out the fat then thats a added bonus

For me aerobics is the best and a couple of minutes of weights to build muscles. The more muscles you have, the fastest you burn fat.

I think all the exercises can help you to burn fats. Specially Yoga it helps extend and lengthen the muscles, which helps reduce the risk of injury. It helps improve balance. Most yoga practices include some sort of balance and cause. considerable number of people, especially when they started to get older, begins to be balance problems, which can cause serious injuries in falls.

Well I think that doing regular exercise and taking proper care of your diet may help you to lose your weight easily, we should always try to do exercise early in the morning for 30 minutes, and we should try to drink more water that is really important for our health.

I like your post about best way of burning fat. Every one can share their thoughts about this. Here i am sharing some of my ideas and i am sure that you will like it

* The first step towards burning fat would be to keep a check on your food intake. Do not opt for saturated and trans-fat foods
* Lower the intake of processed foods and drinks, as they would only add to the fat in your body
* Have a cup of green tea, before setting out for a workout. Apart from keeping you energetic, it would also add to your efforts.
* Instead of continuing a particular exercise for a long time, switch over short periods of low-intensity and high-intensity exercises.

To loss the weight you should concern to the trainer of the gym to get the effective result. I prefer walking 2 to 3 Km everyday. Another thing is that it is helpful to absorb the fat and maintain the physics. Also I prefer to follow diet program regularly to maintain the balance of the nutrition in the body.

By eating fat burning fruit you can reduce your weight:

1. Raw Apples : This fruit contains the highest percentage of a soluble fiber, and is extremely easy to digest.

2. Bananas : It contain a lot of carbohydrates that give ample energy to the body.

3. Tomatoes : It is also known to be a good anti-cancer agent. Tomatoes should be eaten raw as part of daily salads.

4. Dates : They are rich sources of carbohydrates and dietary fiber and can be digested easily by the body.

5. Raw carrot : Include raw carrot, beetroot and cucumber in a salad and eat it daily.
