One of the best ways to burn fat quickly is to do cardio morning do your cardio sessions first thing in the morning. By doing morning cardio training sessions before taking any food, can rapidly deplete glycogen few left. Once glycogen stores are gone, your body begins to mobilize fat for energy, allowing morning cardio can be very helpful to burn fat.

Post re: best way to reduce weight

According to me, it will involve cardio exercises along with diet. You need to follow a diet that comprises of food with less cholesterol content and more of fibers and proteins.

Hi everyone,
Would like to add my wordly wisdom to the debate! Anything which raises your heart. rate will burn fat. C.V work will but so would a brisk walk or anything which makes you pant basically!!!!!!!! Use your imagination people.

Also limiting carbs will make your body use it's fat reserves for energy so this is something you could bear in mind also

How long did it take for you to get use to it and build up the time? I'm doing the treadmill (fast walk) and the crosstrainer at the mo

Just started going to the gym in the morning, wanted some advice about eating before I go or after? Is it a good idea to have something light before I go because this kickstarts the metabolism or eat after? I always feel really hungry after so it's hard not to get carried away and undo all my hard work! Any suggestions?

I find the best way is to do HIIT in the morning after having a protein shake and eating smaller meals throughout the day (Ideally 5 meals a day). Believe it or not eating more does makes you burn fat!
Hi there i have just joined, and i would like to know what does mesomorh mean, perhaps walking North might help to shred a few pounds walking and walking until your legs are like jelly. I read somewhere that walking burns 'fat' and running burns 'glucose'.......?

The best way to burn fat is to not eat as much, and start watching what you eat. Instead of eating a bowl of ice have an apple. Simple things like that can help you to burn significant fat.

Well,The first and best way to burn fat is to modify your current diet. There are three simple ways you can begin to modify: reduce calories, reduce sodium, and reduce fat. For example, substituting a glass of water for a carbonated beverage, you can save about 150 calories or more, depending on the amount consumed. Even if it were fruit juice instead of water, you would still reduce calories by approximately 50 to 100.
