Would like to add my wordly wisdom to the debate! Anything which raises your heart. rate will burn fat. C.V work will but so would a brisk walk or anything which makes you pant basically!!!!!!!! Use your imagination people. Also limiting carbs will make your body use it's fat reserves for energy so this is something you could bear in mind also |

How long did it take for you to get use to it and build up the time? I'm doing the treadmill (fast walk) and the crosstrainer at the mo

Just started going to the gym in the morning, wanted some advice about eating before I go or after? Is it a good idea to have something light before I go because this kickstarts the metabolism or eat after? I always feel really hungry after so it's hard not to get carried away and undo all my hard work! Any suggestions?
