Unhappy Calories vs exercise?


wats the smallest amount of calories u need to live on an have energy to exercise per day?im on about 1500cals per day but get really tired n dizzy if i push myself..do i increase cals or just take it easy on the workouts?i do about 1hr a day?Also i just started this diet a week ago.

The truth is, exercise is a complicated business and there are a number of things that can affect how many calories you burn. The number of calories you burn depends upon the activity your are doing and the intensity level you are exercising at.
