There are so many advantages to meditation,increases exercise tolerance,improvement of body luster and general health-When your mind focuses on a particular part of the body,it lowers oxygen consumption,meditation can help us to cultivate a real abiding happiness.

This is very good you make a daily practice. Now you need a little patience. Your physical and mental well-being of the river is muddy from years of neglect. This may take a little time to address the mud so clear fresh water is known tasted.

I am familiar with of all these advantages that's why I was drawn to relaxation. However, I still can''t get it right. I really need more exercise so that I can experience all these advantages.
