I really like the book "OM Yoga", from Barnes & Noble. It has a workout for each day. The best yoga moves are ones that require balancing, such as standing with one leg bent, hands in a prayer position.

I mostly like to do it for reducing the stress and to get relaxation. And I also know about Yoga that it also helps in losing weight and protect us from disease. Yoga in early morning is the best for health.
