Most of all i like Yoga. I have been prcaticing yoga for 3 years and still seem to havesport supplementsinterest for it.

In my opinion breathing is the best way that we need to take in order to release stress. If you consciously make it a point to practice slow, deep breathing at regular intervals, you can keep stress at bay and i feel music is also again an excellent way to beat stress. Thanks for sharing.

I think all above mentioned 6 points are essential to remove stress. Of course yoga daily as well as deep breathing helps a lot to remove the stress.

I think You need to find a small hobby or something to get your mind of your life. I play guitar and I always forgot why I was even stressed.

Meditation is the best method to reduce stress. Other than stress reduction it will offer various other benefits including health benefits. You should specially try breathing related meditations. These meditation practices come from Buddhist meditations.

Music is the best way to reduce stress. Music play very important role to improve your health and sleep. Music is increase your brain memory. Music may act as a painkiller.

Today's era life become more busy and fast. People feel more stress in life. There are many ways to release stress like Breathing exercises, Do yoga, listen music, spent time with friends, live social life and many more.
