Default Help! Ive stopped losing weight!

Hi, I have been losing weight slowly for over a year now and have lost nearly 2 stone. However recently I seem to have stopped!! :-( Since stopping I have ben trying harder but the scales are not budging! I currently weigh 11st 8 and would love to get to 11st.

I do not know what I am doing wrong. I am in the gym everyday (burning on average 600 calories) and watch what i eat. I certainly dont starve myself (love my food too much) but watch what I eat, eat sensibly and dont drink alcohol!

Would love to just budge those final 8lbs. Any advice would very much be welcomed!

Thanks in advance :-) xx

What you need to do is change up what you’ve already been doing so that your body has to respond. This can include several things:

Increase your calorie intake slightly
Increase the intensity of your exercise plan
Try adding more protein to your diet
Drink more water

These simple steps can sometimes recharge your body and put it back into fat-burning, weight-losing mode. A weight loss plateau is something that every dieter will see at one point or another, so don’t feel like you’re not heading in the right direction.

Often, a plateau is that sign that you’re doing a good job already, but that you need to tweak something.

I think the way you are following is not bad. But at the time of going gym, the usage of nutritional supplement might be helpful for bringing good results to your body.

I personally think the point system with weight watchers has a lot of holes in it. While you may stay in your point range u could still be getting too many calories and from the wrong places. For example a soup endorsed by weight watchers counts as zero points but if you ate it all the time your points would never go up but due to the fact that it still has a lot of calories and sodium so you will still gain weight with it. You have to pay more attention to the calories and where they are coming from in unison with your points.
Don't Worry!!
