Sustain health is very challenging and necessary lot of battle.

Here are some tips for the fitness and health life.
Do exercise regularly
Running, swimming and jogging
Drink plenty of water
Control your diet
Take more boiled vegetables
Don't take more cholesterol and fatty foods
Eat fresh fruits especially citric fruits
Drink fresh fruits juice
Take green tea
and use fish oil

OK my tip is to vary your workouts.

Don't do the same thing for straight days in a row as your muscles will memorise that pattern and start to learn to adapt to it. Meaning that you will reduce the long term effectiveness of the workout.

Also it can get pretty boring doing the same exercise and your brain needs to be challenged in order for you to remain motivated.

I don't see any require for men or ladies to train differently. Bottom line... the best exercises are the best exercises irrespective of gender.

You can do plenty of damage to your body if you are not cautious, and far more harm than lovely from working out without a fitness plan in place.Be cautious when drinking any sugary drinks because these may cause yeasts & pathogens to multiply and cause an imbalance in your gut.
