OK my tip is to vary your workouts.
Don't do the same thing for straight days in a row as your muscles will memorise that pattern and start to learn to adapt to it. Meaning that you will reduce the long term effectiveness of the workout. Also it can get pretty boring doing the same exercise and your brain needs to be challenged in order for you to remain motivated. |

I don't see any require for men or ladies to train differently. Bottom line... the best exercises are the best exercises irrespective of gender.
