Hey...
Here are some tips for slimming...
1 Top up your water
2 Have a cup of slimming tea
3 Step away from the junk food
4 if you’re having a big meal, have it early
5 Exercise early
6 Try to include cheating in your diet
7 Don’t strength train exclusively

There is no One way to lose weight. If there was, there would only be one diet, or one exercise program. For some people diet and exercise is not enough. In these cases there may be a psychological or medical reason that prevents weight loss.

Swimimg and walking is the best exercise for slimming.
1 Exercising early in the morning, preferably before breakfast, you can speed up your metabolism more easily than if you exercise later in the day.
2 We should drink eight to ten glasses of water a day. But did you realise that by drinking a glass of water before you eat a meal could decrease your appetite.
3 By eating five to six small to medium sized meals per day.
It is the best tips for slimming.

Just to set the record straight.

Every food/drink has a water content, some more than others. The advice is to consume 8-10 total glasses daily, not 8-10 on top of other drinks or wet food such as soup. Now that doesn't mean guzzling fizzy drinks/coffee/beer to replace water but it does mean they they should be considered as part of your fluid intake when calculating.

It is worth remembering that drinking water to excess (by excess i mean litres at any one time) is harmful and in extreme cases can kill you by overwhelming your kidneys.

Hi guys ... A cardio work out is always good for burning fat and losing weight in your legs and everywhere else on your body. I recommend going to a gym and using what is called and Elliptical machine.. and also food has an important role for your health .
