Default shall we set a challenge??

I really need to get exercising but need some motivation. Have no one to go the gym with and when it comes to exercising on my own I just keep putting it off.

Soooo I was thinking if there is anyone who will join me in a little challenge. Maybe agree to doing half an hour or so of a certain exercise and then reporting back here on a daily basis. Perhaps that might give me the incentive to keep going.

I have a gym ball, trampet, skipping rope, dvd and a wii - only with wii sports though. So something using any of these would be good.

Any takers lol

Hey excellent idea! I reackon we try getting everyone do do it, then post your inch loss instead of weightloss. What you think?

See who can lose the most inches in total over a month or something!
I will def join you, i have been trying lately to do something every day for 20-30 mins a day that actually gets my heart rate going.
So i will either walk to pick the kids up from school ( uphill and about 2 miles there and back ) , use my cross trainer, use my wii fit or do a section of my exercise dvd ( which is really hard work! ).

When does it start then?

Ok well seems as its Sunday, measurments should be taken tonight or tomorrow morning.
Do your upper arms on both sides, under bust, waist, hips, each thigh and each calve then write them down somewhere so you can remember.
Think they should be re-done weekly, so every sunday after? Then we'l have a running chart of how many inches we have lost. Its usually better to measure weight loss in inches, as the scales can be innacurate plus you can have water retention etc so it may seem as though you arent getting anywhere and that can be demotivating.

I will take mine later anyway. Ooooo scared now! lol Havent done this for a v long time.
Also i will start the exercise tomorrow, so half an hour of something at least.
