Default lost a stone for my christmas party in 2 months!!

I think I've been trying to diet my whole life unsuccessfully, finally decided to book a few personal training sessions. my PT is great, she is actually against dieting as such - if you call it 'diet' it sounds as thought you'll do it for a while and then come back to normality (and put all the weight back). Call it 'healthy eating', do it whole life and keep weight off forever. I found that exercising was the key (well, and not eating as much carbs as I used to). I am not only thinner, but much happier - even though I can do with more weight loss, I am already loving my body - keeping active has this mental effect on you as well. So my suggestion is start running, join classess, book pt sessions, dance - anything - it will also make you not want eat that much!!
