Smile started running!

Hi Everyone,

I wonder if anyone can help me? I've just taken up running again! forgoteen what hard work it is! I was wondering if anyone has any tips so that I can get the best out of my new exercise plan!? I am going to try and run every other day! Need to shift my last stone as wuick as possible!

Records of competitive racing date back to the Tailteann Games in Ireland in 1829 BCE, while the first recorded Olympic Games took place in 776 BCE.

There are two ways for that one is run for time, and other is run for distance.choose the option that seems easiest for you to keep track of.

Running is the best exercise for better health and fitness level. So you must make habit for running everyday early in the morning. It will keep you fit and healthy. It can burn extra calories from your body. It make active all the time. It also boost your muscles, bones and joints.
