Smile Negative Calorie Foods

I've read that some foods take more calories to digest than there are in them so you end up with a negative calorie intake. For instance a stick of celery may contain around 5 calories but chewing and digesting celery will use up more than 5 calories so you end up with a negative value. I guess that's one good reason to eat vegetables such as lettuce, cucumber, cabbage, spinach, cauliflower and broccoli, and fruits such as melon, apple, grapefruit and mango as these are all negative calorie foods.
