Hi there and happy Easter to all.
I would be most grateful if anyone could offer any advice on the one aspect of my health and fitness which i have not been able to control despite a strict fitness regime and reasonable eating habits. I was always around 10 and a half stones in my late teens and then around 11 stones from there to about 45. Since then i have allowed my weight to rise to 11 stones 8 lbs, although some of that weight will be done to the gym work i have been doing for 2 years now. I am much stronger and lift quite a lot of weight for my age and size. The problem is that although i am fine on BMI, at 5 feet 10 and 11 stones 8 lbs, i have a huge waist! 37.5 inches, which looks and feels ridiculous on such a small frame otherwise. My arms and legs carry no fat at all hardly and places like my neck and wrists are very small. My waist means that i actually stand with my arms across it to hide it! HELP! |

What do you mean by a huge waist ?
Do you mean like a pot belly ? There are plenty of exercise's you can do to sort that out, like stomach crunches or russian curls. If you mean the size of your hips ? Well thats kind of a bone thing, I guess you could have corrective surgery but I think that's taking things a little bar far personally. |
