I got back on track when I returned from my last holiday mid June but started off doing 3 aerobic classes and two toning classes. 3 weeks ago I changed it to do the 4 high impact classes instead. From Mid June to present I have lost about 3 pound and two inch off waist and 0ne from hips.
I go away in 3 weeks and would love to boost my loss - any ideas?

mix the whole thing up is all i can suggest. have your cheat meal on a different day and try and train differently. are you able to just go to the gym as mixing it up might mean missing out on some classes. you just have to shock your body and the only way to do this is to change yor routine.
