Default Favorite Diet Vegetables?

Guys...
What is your favorite diet vegetable? I like cucumber and carrot because they have low calories and I love the taste. What's yours and why?

Each vegetable has a unique assortment of vitamins based on its colour. The more rich and deep the colour, the more vitamin-rich the food is. People who eat fruits and vegetables as part of a healthy diet are less likely to develop conditions such as stroke, coronary heart disease, high blood pressure, type 2 diabetes, bone loss, and cancers of the mouth, stomach, and colon. In addition, these foods may reduce the risk of developing kidney stones.
