Red face What am I doing wrong?!?!

Hiya

was wandering if some could help me out.

Im 5foot6 and 10stone5, whilst I'm aware I am not overweight I would really like to lose just under a stone to look more lean.

I do around 7-8 hours of excersize a week:

Monday - Martial arts training 1 hour 15 mins
Tuesday - Fitness and circuit training 1 hour 30 mins
Wednesday - Breakdance class 2 hours
Saturday - circuit training 1 hour 30 mins and Martial arts 1 hour 30 mins

On an average day I will eat:

7am - 1 boiled egg and coffee
10am - tea
11am - fruit
1pm - tuna and egg salad with extra light salad cream
3pm - coffee (sweetners)
4pm - fruit
6pm - chicken and seasoning with carrots and brocolli (or letil and chunky gammon soup with 1 peice of bread)
8pm - fruit and tea

I eat this Monday to Thursday, on a friday sat and sunday I try to watch what I eat but I end up eating more than usual and usually go through a bottle of wine.

Is there anything I can do here to lose the weight while toning up (I tend to eat more protein than carbs to feed muscle)?

Thanks

Kerry x

You may want to look into a quality liver detoxification program. These usually take 9-31 days to complete. The liver is the major organ that decides how your food energy will be spent. If it is not working correctly a situation such as you describe often results. A nice side benefit is that the program usually stimulates significant weight loss as you are doing it so it helps keep you motivated.

Hi Kerry,
Sounds like you are doing everthing right! I do have a couple of suggestions-
Why don't you try a detox. Green Tea is really good and try drinking 3L a water a day.
I also eat a high protein low carb diet and even though I don't eat anything different, I get stuck. I have found that the water and detox really help jumpstart things again
Be happy to chat anytime
Coco
