There are so many way of weight loss and people are give the so many tips for weight loss but According to me these are the tips for weight loss like : Eating fresh fruits and vegetables , Do Exercises like Cycling , Swimming , Yoga , Walking etc. Drink Green Tea.,, Drink more and more water....

Cutting down on carbs and replacing them with more fruit and veg. Not completely wiping them out because carbs play a very important role in providing energy.

Oh and also ... to allow yourself a snack every once in a while. If you try to be too strict you just end up feeling guilty because you ate none diet food and then out the window goes the rest of your weight loss program...

I suggest some important tips to weight loss. First to do regular exercise it can burn fat and extra calories from your body. Don't eat sugary and spicy foods. Eat only boiled vegetables and balance diet. Drink plenty of water everyday.

I am always wake up early in the morning and doing Yoga and Aerobics to loose my weight. This exercise is very easy to do. I like to workout daily in the morning.
