uk temperatures to hit -10 degrees !
brrrrr no wonder it is so cold, I read on the news this morning that it has been reported as -10 degrees in some parts of the uk !
I hate the cold and it makes me want to stay inside and not go out and do any exercise - any excuse eh lol
