Default Madonna's Retox Diet

Madonna is so determined to make herself look younger that she has embarked on a January salmon 'retox' regime.

In a bid to "knock 12 years off her appearance," the 50-year-old has enlisted the help of health experts who have devised a new programme for her packed with the oily fish, reports the China Daily.

A source said: "The new 'retox' means she has got a more cardio-intensive gym regime and a diet overhaul. She will also be eating a lot more salmon as it's got age-defying properties. Her aim is to knock 12 years off her appearance."

Why doesn't she eat twice as much and knock 24 years off her appearance!!! If only it was possible (:P)

I have some friends who frequently detox after a heavy few weeks promptly followed by a retox - doesn't sound anything like this one - theirs involve booze and good food!!

Madonna would look a whole heap younger if she put her crotch away!

Borat was right when he introduced her on to the stage once at some music awards, he said she looked like a transvestite!
I do think she's great for her age though.
