Extreme slimmers itv tuesday 9pm
This looks interesting as it follows the stories of slimmers who have lost a massive amount of weight, including a guy called Charlie who lost 35 stone in 20 months !
I will definatly be tuning into this, and thought I would give others the heads up about this.

Yes I saw this advertised, looks an interesting prog. I won't get to watch it tonight, but will try and sneakily watch it at work on the catch-up tv hehe
