It is very hard to go on a diet.Once you started result is ınevitable.

that first day exercise and diet is so difficult

its my first day on my diet too , i did start it a week ago but failed misserably so here it goes again back on the diet, what do you guys do to start and stay on your diets

Just relax & don,t feel like you are in diet.
Always when you feel hungry.
