Default Low calorie energy

Hey

First off, I'm very new to this forum, so; hi to everyone.

For the past few months I have decided to lose a bit of excess fat around my middle. Now, I'm 18, 5"9, and I weigh about 51KGS, so its not like I'm heavy or big, and my body looks quite lean when I look in the mirror, but I can visibly grab fat on my body and it kind of grosses me out.

So I decided to eat less and work out an awful lot more. I walk about 40-45 mins to university and back every day, and I cycle and walk anywhere else. I go to the gym once per week and go on cycle rides 2-3 times per week. I also do some core strength/toning stuff before bed every day, but only for a couple of hours. I have backed this up lately with eating no more than 800 kcal per day (small guy like me doesn't need much, I guess.) and 1100 per day when I go to the gym. The problem with this is I no longer really have much energy, and while I don't let this stop me exercising, it does make it harder. Does anyone here use any decent energy supplement that is low on calories? I don't really want to compromise my daily calorie count, but I'm so used to eating more that I feel drained all the time.

I eat a powerbar on gym days and that appears to help a bit, but is there anything else I can do? powerbars are a bit heavy.

You better start doing some regular exercises instead of fasting . That not only will make you fit but will also help you in getting a toned body .

Apples are a great choice when you want something low in calories that will also give you some energy. You can eat a plain apple or you can spice things up by dipping it in peanut butter or even cinnamon.
