Default Breakfast

I know several people who just can't face breakfast in the morning, but as we all know it is a meal that we really should not skip.

Try blending a small cup of porridge oats with a medium sized banana and about half a pint of skimmed milk, enough to fill a pint container.

It's a good start to the day, easy on your digestion with plenty of slow releasing energy so it will see you through until late morning/lunch time.

And you can take it with you on the way to work if you are in a hurry.

No excuse for not having time!
