Hi
Ive recently started the slim fast diet plan. I do the 2 shakes and a healthy meal at the end of the day. Only problem is feel hungry quite often and am worried that my body is just in starvation mode and not burning weight. Here is my daily schedule: Wake up : 10.30am Breakfast : 10.40 - 11.00 1 Slimfast 1/2 apple Exercise : 12.00 - 12.30 Snack : 12.30 1/2 apple 1 slice go ahead Lunch : 1.40 - 2.00 1 slimfast 1/2 banana Snack : 3.30 1/2 banana 1 slice go ahead T : 4.40 - 5.30 500-600 calorie meal with veg Exercise : 6.30 - 6.50 Snack : 7.00 1 slice go ahead Bed : 1.00 - 2.00am The go ahead slices are 55 cal each and 10g of carbs. I do go to bed late but I do alot of work during the evening so it doesnt really change. Any help would be lovely. Thanks all. |
