Hi
well Im going to give the cereal diet ago. Special K for brekkie, then will have sandwhich at dinner, then cereal for tea. I did go to the gym but stopped now, even then I wasnt dieting properly. So really need to cut down, I like snacking so going to get some fruit in, any idea what else isnt that bad to snack on? I have recently started back at work after my maternity so hopefuuly running about will help. Must go walking more too with my little boy. Got a wedding soon & im dreading looking huge!
