Thumbs up Hello All - I'm New - I have started a Progress Journal Take a look x

Hello All,

Im new to the site as of Tuesday. I decided to start a progress journal and I found this site easy to use and easy to navigate round unlike some of the others!!

I am a serious Dieter as I have 5 stone to lose. I am 24 and suffer with the condition Polycystic Overy Syndrome (PCOS) and since being diagnosed I have gained 4 1/2 stone.

I hope to make a few friends on here as it's nice to have additional support.

Lots of well wishes, Maria x

Its hard work but i'm not having any more- my body is ruined lol. Lou x

Default Journals

Great idea, keeping a journal is a great way to keep track of what works for you and what doesn't. It will let you see that weight loss has it's ups and downs and the important thing is not to get hung up on the downs because if yu keep at it another up will be along soon. Good luck.
