Hi all,i'm new on here :)
I am really glad i found this website,it's just what i need lot's of helpful advice and tips to help me shift my baby weight.I go to the gym 3/4 times a week 3 hours each time,i have lost weight,but since i had my child,i find it's very slow going. i lost 6 stone in 14 months back in 2006 and that was going to the gym 3 times a week and watching what i eat.but i'm trying that now,and it's so much slower! so i need help! i dont want to waste my money on slimming classes i did that before and it dont work for me, it just proves this because i lost 6 stone on my own and kept it off for 4 years! i want to get back into my old clothes, and be fit and healthly to run after my child
so any help or tips would be great ! i get stuck for meal ideas,i have made changes and swaps but this website is what i need to support me along this long road ahead! thanks for reading
