Hi everyone
I've just joined this website and I need your help. Years ago I used to be a happy 13 st, now I'm looking at 16st on the scales. I hardly do any exercise, my work is 15 minutes from my home but I still drive to work. I know, I know I'm doing all the wrong things, but I reckon if I eat the right things during the day, I might lose some weight gradually. What I'm looking for is a daily diet that I can follow. Can anyone suggest where I can find this dieting plan without dying from hunger? |
