Hello, Im Steven, im 24 and I have been overweight most of my life, I am a single dad. Been trying to lose weight for a long time but I seem to stay around the same weight.
I have started trying to improve my diet and lifestyle, for example at college I will not take the lift, I will use the stairs up to the third floor, I find it quite hard work with my laptop back and all my books in it.
I am about 13 stone and about 5 ft 3.
I am hoping on here I can get ideas about diets I can try out so I can find something suitable for me and hopefully get motivation from people on here to achieve weight loss .
