    Default Hey everyone

    Hello, Im Steven, im 24 and I have been overweight most of my life, I am a single dad. Been trying to lose weight for a long time but I seem to stay around the same weight.
    I have started trying to improve my diet and lifestyle, for example at college I will not take the lift, I will use the stairs up to the third floor, I find it quite hard work with my laptop back and all my books in it.
    I am about 13 stone and about 5 ft 3.
    I am hoping on here I can get ideas about diets I can try out so I can find something suitable for me and hopefully get motivation from people on here to achieve weight loss .

    Welcome to the site, I am also new and looking for somebody who is doing the hay diet unfortunately nobody is yet. perhaps this is the diet you are looking for you can get info at haydiet.co.uk. Would like to know what you think and would you consider trying this diet. if you do we could compare notes.

    Hey welcome onboard!

    Yep this is the place for motivation and shared knowledge. Do you have any idea as to what type of diet you'd be looking at. I know for me my vice is carbs so I tend to do low carb dieting and that works well for me.

    You seem to have the right attitude to exercise too which is great. It's the small things like taking the stairs and not the lift which make all the difference. Good for you, keep it up and let us know how it's going.
