Hey im Carrie im 23 from Shoreham-by-Sea. I'm looking for chat friends who can help with support i need to lose 4.5 stone im at my all time biggest currently 15st 1lb,and i hate it!
I have tried soooo many times to diet and keep failing but im now becoming ill with it on a daily basis. Is there anyone here who would like support in return on there quest to be a skinny one
Now my youngest is starting full time school in september i have more time on my hands to do things for myself

Hi Carrie, I've just joined this forum and am in the same boat, after having two children I too have gone up to just over 15 stone, looking to lose around 60-70lbs by next July, I've looked at other forums but most just tell you what to do but not offer support so would be nice to talk to someone who knows where I'm coming from and might be good motivation to have someone to talk to who has the same goals, maybe get a little friendly rivalry going LOL,
