Hi All!!
hiya everyone
my name is mel and im 21 years old from the milton keynes area (England) im 5 foot 4 inchs and i have currently lost 4 stone  . the problem is i had lost 5 but i put a stone back on and now cant seem to move it off again. i have been eating right and training for a year and if i can help anyone that would be great. also i will need some help myself lol. i will be honest i have recently been trying out different slimming products including fat burners so if you would like any advise from my experiences that would be fine im here to help. hopefully i can get the last 2 stone off that i want to lose soon and i hope you all achieve your weight goals to thanks again
