I've been really struggling to lose weight since I was diagnosed with having an underactive thyroid - well before then.

My sister has a an underactive thyroid and she has struggled with her weight.
All under control now though and medication. It took some time but she got there. Are you on medication, if so how long have you been taking it for?
It takes a while, but then you should be able to manage it with good advice and get back to a weight you are happy with
