    Hi everyone, I joined a few weeks ago but have been delaying the start of my diet until this week. I am going on holiday in January and wanted to get down to about 13 stone, which is half way to my target weight of 11 stone. I have started a new gym regime with 4 visits a week and want to eventually be going 7 days a week, although with a heavy emphasis on cardio as opposed to weight training. My diet consists of a 410g can of asda macaroni cheese and 2 cans of tuna flakes per day. I have a bowl of honey nut cornflakes with skimmed milk. I supplement this with about 1.5kg of bananas per week. Its broadly a diet of no more than 1200 calories per day, very boring, but designed to help me retain blood sugar levels while also consuming 76g of protein per day. I will lack vegetables but this is being compensated by me taking 1 multi vitamin per day. I have read the pros and cons of tuna and mercury, but my aim is to drop from 16 stone to about 12 stone before adopting a more sustainable balanced diet of about 1600 calories per day. I aim to reach my goal weight by April 2011.
