Hello All
I have been trying to lose weight over the last couple of weeks and managed 2lb the first week second week after dusting of my treadmill and working it 4 times during the week for an hour each session , i only managed to lose a dissapointing 1lb.Would really like to lose 2 stone any tips or advice would be gratefully appreciated.

Just wanted to say, i know it seems disappointing that you only lose 1 or 2 lbs when your really trying, but your more likely to keep it off losing it slowly. Do you keep a track of what your calorie intake is per day and how many calories you burn? If not maybe that will help? Sorry if not very useful, but just to say dont give up it will be worth it in the long run. x
