Hey there

I've just found this site, I'm Sarah mum of 3 boys i have been dieting since 07/06/10 up to date i have loast 42lbs (3 stone) which im very happy with but i'm feeling my motivation going, and ive got another 4 and half stone to lose.
I found i ballooned after having my children and didnt really care but having back pelvis and hip problems and beng reg disabled at the age of 27 it gave me a kick up the bum.
Im not following any paritcular diet just low calorie, healthy eating and whatever exercise i can do, which im restricted with coz of my problems.
Just would love to have chats and get to know other people trying to shift the pounds, help me get my motivation back!!!
