I'm Emma, I'm 20 and I'm from Huddersfield, West Yorkshire (Holmfirth if you have to be technical)

I really put on weight when I had my son in June 09. He's 18 months now and I've lost around 2 and a half stone since giving birth. (It was 4.. I managed to munch my way back up last year) I put on half a stone over the christmas period alone. <_<

Anyways, I've been dieting on and off for the best part of last year and I never really manage too long. Losing weight is my new years resolution so any support would be greatly appreciated to keep on the right track!

I'm hoping to lose the rest of my weight so I can plan a pregnancy (: I will be going to university in 2014 and ideally don't want to put it off until I'm qualified in 2018/2020!
