Hi I'm a new member
I've recently lost 2 and a half stone - I started dieting last May and achieved this by November last year.
I'm now trying to maintain my current weight - 7 stone 11 - great for my height of 5ft and small framed body - but I'm so paranoid about putting the weight back on again!
I exercise 6 days a week - we have a treadmill so I do a 30 minute programme - and I'm careful what I eat everyday, allowing myself a treat at the weekend.
Losing the weight was the easy bit, I fear that maintaining it is going to be a lot harder!
