hi i joined a while ago but have not introduced myself. i have been dieting on and off for a number of years trying every diet under the sun (usually fad ones that u can't stick to) was following s/w but kept staying the same weight or putting a bit back on so decided to count calories instead and that made me realise just how much i had been consuming so it's no wonder i had stopped losing and i think as i get older (i am 53)it is harder to lose the weight as i am not very active. i have lost 17lbs so far but want to lose another stone at least. good luck to anyone that reads this heres to a healthier slimmer summer
